E&H care fund

The success of our family-owned organization shines through in our core values, including those of “helpful” and “relationships built on trust”. Our team members are the foundation of our business, and the E&H Hardware Care Fund reinforces these same core values back into our own E&H family in times of need. This Fund is designed to assist eligible part-time and full-time team members with emergency financial assistance for pre-defined situations during a time when it’s needed most. The Fund also provides the opportunity for team members, friends, and family to make contributions in support of those within the organization who may experience financial hardship.

Want to help?
  • Anyone can donate! 
  • One-time contributions via website (link below).
  • E&H Team members can either fill out an electronic form or email HR. Payroll deductions can start at $1 per week.
  •  All donations are tax deductible.
Need assistance?
  • Both Full & Part-time team members are eligible to apply. (The application process will be available at the end of 2023).
  • The application is confidential.
  • All applications are reviewed by an independent review panel.
  • Anyone is welcome to donate, but only qualified team members may apply.​
